We are absolutely thrilled that Brandon Lee Doerner and the Meeks Mountain Trail Alliance won the last night at the West Virginia Governor's Conference on Tourism.
Brandon and the Meeks Mountain Trail volunteers have built something in our communities that will impact #PutnamWV for years to come, and we could not be more proud of the work they have done.
The Spirit of West Virginia award is presented to a community or organization that has promoted West Virginia tourism development and enhanced community spirit while preserving the state’s cultural, historical, or natural heritage and beauty. Emphasis is given to volunteer and community efforts.
