Introducing Sawyer Magnett, a remarkable individual who, at the age of just 22, has already achieved a great deal. Originally from San Diego, CA, she spent her formative years in Northern Arizona and now resides in Lynchburg, VA. Currently a student at Liberty University, she is pursuing a master's degree in sports management this fall, a testament to her dedication and ambition.
She ran her first ultra at 19 at the famous Promise Land 50k and recently set the course record in 4:58:34. She has won seven of the nine ultras she's entered and holds four-course records.
She has won notable races on the East Coast, such as Mountain Masochist, Iron Mountain, and Holiday Lake, and on the West Coast, at White River 50 and the Flagstaff 53k.
She is partnered with Vimazi Shoes. She's young, bursting with talent, and her potential is extraordinary. We're excited to have Sawyer come to the HHK.
